- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
- Daily documentation
- Transcribe physicians' orders to MAR's.
- Notify pharmacy of new orders.
- Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator
LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license
- New graduates encouraged to apply! Training and support provided.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
