Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of VA
• New Grads must provide ATT or letter to test

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start- as early as NEXT WEEK!
