He/She participates in performance improvement, research activities and maintains clinical expertise. The LPN will pre-screen patients prior to their visits, educating patients on telemedicine platform where applicable, assist in scheduling and patient screening and assist in chronic disease and preventative care patient outreach.As a member of the nursing team and under the supervision of a Professional Registered Nurse, or Doctor of Medicine will provide nursing care to patients/clients within assigned practices.
