- New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus
- 1-2 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $5,000
- 3-4 years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000
- 5+ years' LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000

- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am

Qualifications:
- Education:Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience:Can be new or experienced LPN
- Certifications:
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year)
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Physical requirements/demands:
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
