Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and self-care techniques.
Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA): - Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Nurse Manager in Community Health: - Oversee daily operations of the community health department.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff.
