Job Title: LPN NurseJob Description•Prescribe medication dosages, routes, and frequencies based on patient characteristics such as age and gender at the order of Physician. •Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines at the order of Physician. •Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, and cost as legally authorized by physician. •Counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances such as food supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, or herbal remedies as directed by Physician. •Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks as directed by physician. •Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to patients' individual circumstances.Hard SkillsHealthcareClinical SkillsEMRJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Albany, New York.Work EnvironmentHours will be Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
