*Per Diem All Shifts*The Osborn has two opportunities for Per Diem LPNS, Either our Pavilion (Skilled Nursing) or our Assisted Living.A Bit about our Skilled Nursing:The Osborn Pavilion skilled nursing and short-stay (sub-acute) rehabilitation center is proud to be named one of New York's top performing nursing homes by _U.S. News & World Report, _and to receive a 5-star rating from CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) for the quality of its nursing staff. We are currently looking to add great LPNs to our team!Our Assisted Living helps our residents remain as independent as possible with a degree of support and assistance.
