You'll provide compassionate, high-quality medical services, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure medications are administered safely. This role is key in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.LPN, Program Nurse Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial health screenings and administer prescribed medications
  • Triage and treat clients, referring for further care when necessary
  • Educate staff and clients on medical needs, medication side effects, and health practices
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure continuity of care
  • Train and supervise nursing personnel as needed
  • Support and promote the Sanctuary Model's seven commitments: nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy, and growth
LPN Program Nurse Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved LPN Program
  • Active LPN license in Kentucky
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care and a positive, healing environment
Work Schedule
  • Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
  • Availability to work on weekends, as needed.
