Were seeking a dynamic LPN Supervisor & Hospital Liaison to lead clinical care and drive business development at our assisted living facility.

In this dual-role, you will:

Supervise and lead our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring top-notch care for our residents.

Foster relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and the community to enhance our visibility and increase admissions.

Develop marketing strategies to grow our business and showcase our facilitys strengths.

Qualifications:

Active NYS LPN license

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Experience in healthcare marketing and business development is a plus
