Were seeking a dynamic LPN Supervisor & Hospital Liaison to lead clinical care and drive business development at our assisted living facility.

In this dual-role, you will:

  • Supervise and lead our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring top-notch care for our residents.
  • Foster relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and the community to enhance our visibility and increase admissions.
