It is a peaceful, scenic, community-oriented area with an abundance of amenities to suit every taste.JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTSScheduled Weekly Hours: TBDShift Time: 7am - 7 pm (primarily Sundays)Summary of the Job:The LPN UA position performs clerical function for a designated time frame in accordance with the standards and procedures of the hospital. Minimum Qualifications: Current Louisiana LPN Licensure and BLS through the American Heart Association required. Demonstrated communication, time management and organizational skills required. Must have typing and computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and be able to perform detail oriented tasks. Necessary to be familiar with EPIC and computerized order entry. Ability to meet weekend and holiday requirements. Ability to work with physicians as part of multi-disciplinary team. Able to maintain composure under difficult and stressful conditions. Able to maintain confidentiality and practice discretion. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Displays tact and diplomacy in inter-personal skills.Physical Demands:Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 20 pounds is required.
