We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional for a 13-week assignment with the possibility of floating amongst three LTC units. The position requires working every other weekend and demands a minimum of 1 year of experience. BLS certification is mandatory.ResponsibilitiesFloat amongst 3 LTC units as needed.Provide patient care in areas such as LTC, sub-acute rehab, and psych.Conduct assessments, clinical documentation, and medication/treatment administration.Manage admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.Obtain and transcribe physician orders.Collaborate with C.N.A.s, LVNs, Nurses, and a Nurse Manager.Unit InformationThe units consist of 4-North and 5-North with a 41-bed capacity, and 4-South and 5-South with a 21-bed capacity. Patient ratio is 1:34.
