LTC Clinical Admissions Coordinator

Pay Range: $26.50-36.50Requirements: §A current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN License to practice in NYS. §Previous experience in a nursing home or post-acute care setting. §Preferred: Two (2) years' experience as a successful Admissions Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility. §Works collaboratively with peers and other team members. §Must be able to communicate the services of facilities to prospective residents and to the community. §Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to handle inquiries tactfully and relate to prospective patients/residents and family/representatives. §Must be able to handle confidential information. §Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; database skills preferred.
