This role will conduct quality reviews of Long Term Disability claims (LTD), collecting and analyzing quality opportunities as well as root cause to ensure quality standards are achieved.Job Location: Must be commutable distance to MetLife Office - Tampa FL, Bloomfield CT, Aurora IL, Cary NC, Oriskany NY (Central NY), Bridgewater, NJ, Clarks Summit, PA, Omaha, NE Warwick, RIIn office once a month for office meetingsKey Responsibilities:* Conduct quality reviews of LTD claims of various complexity* Identify trends, root causes and quality gaps from the analysis of data, providing timely and meaningful feedback to associates and management regarding performance and quality standards* Partners with team and claims organization to develop criteria and standards in which to measure quality behaviors* Assists in the research, analysis, and recommendation of key quality improvementsEssential Business Experience and Technical Skills:* 2 plus years of LTD claims management experience* Critical thinking, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, analysis and problem solving skills* Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred:* Bachelor's degreeThe salary range for applicants for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.Benefits We OfferOur U.S. benefits address holistic well-being with programs for physical and mental health, financial wellness, and support for families.
