Your RoleAs a Lube Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our fleet stays in top shape. Responsibilities include:
  • Performing preventive maintenance (oil, lube, filter changes, and inspections) on heavy equipment both on-site and in field locations.
  • Traveling to job sites and company facilities in the tri-state area to deliver excellent service.
  • Inspecting, operating, and reporting issues on equipment to fleet management.
  • Maintaining accurate records for vehicle and machine services.
  • Upholding our commitment to safety and quality standards.
What You Bring
  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED; technical/military school graduation a plus.
    • 1-3 years of experience maintaining construction equipment and/or heavy trucks (preferred: construction, oil & gas, or related industries).
  • Certifications & Skills: Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for operating a service truck. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and diagnostics.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

  • Work Environment: Primarily outdoors in all weather conditions with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, odors, and vibrations.
  • Physical Demands: Requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical tasks.
