To learn about our team, visit us at: www.hartlandlubes.com.POSITION SUMMARYCould earn up to $91,000 based on a 5-day work week running 60 hour clock. No nights, weekends, or holidays required. Generous benefit package.This full-time position is based out of Sparta, WI and requires daily product delivery to customer locations, which can vary depending on route demands. As a Lube Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering a combination of oil, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluids within Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. This position will also promote the company and products to both current and potential customers and therefore requires someone who is self-motivated, safety-oriented, and has good customer service skills.This position will also be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and operating multiple pumping systems
  • Packaging oil product
  • Completing invoice paperwork
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned

  • Class A CDL
  • HazMat endorsement (or ability to obtain)
  • Must be physically fit for the job, including dragging hoses and carting drums
  • Have a clean driving record, along with the ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
  • Apply mathematic and problem-solving skills whenever necessary
  • Prior equipment operation experience, including forklifts, and other stationary unloading equipment, is a plus
