Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
* Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation.
* Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution.
* Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
* Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
* Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed.
