Lunch Front of House (Cashier/Drive Thru) Team Member

Pay Type: From $15.00/hr (Part-Time) - $16.00/hr (Full-Time)

Position Type:

* Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week, availability 5 weekdays - $15.00/hr

* Lunch shifts (10:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

* Full-Time, 40 hours per week - $16.00/hr

* Lunch shifts (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Monday - Friday throughout the year

Requirements:

* Must be 16+

* Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

* Must be comfortable using a cash register

* Ability to multitask

* Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

* Positive attitude

* Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

* Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

* Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

* Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

* Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru

* Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

* Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

* Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window

* Checking for product quality and consistency

* Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
