Overview Jackson Dawson is looking to welcome a Luxury Client Support Specialist to join our Concierge team In this role you will support a team of luxury concierges who are the face of the brand to clients You will be responsible for managing and personalizing the entire customer journey for high net worth individuals who are interested in purchasing exclusive highly coveted products and services from an iconic luxury automotive brand You will support the OEM and Concierge team in every aspect of the client journey starting from selection through the design ordering build delivery and ownership phases of the client experience This position will work on site primarily from our Plano Texas office The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer service orientation and entrepreneurial spirit They must be confident and persuasive meticulous and thorough Additionally they must be highly collaborative and willing to do the little things necessary to support the team in delivering seamless virtual and in person client experiences Responsibilities Engage and on board prospective clients who have declared their intent to design and purchase a vehicle Work directly with concierge and OEM cross functional teams to schedule coordinate and deliver personalized in person and virtual client experiences Execute effective single call service support by leveraging the extended team and available resources to promptly handle all client needs raised by customers in a manner that is brand compliant and seamless to the client Effectively manage program tasks timelines and communications for a portfolio of clients who are moving through personalized preference driven journeys Support internal order prioritization scheduling and build processes and related client communications while building client excitement and anticipation for delivery Obtain proficiency with project enabling tools and technologies including virtual meeting platforms program management databases CRM and other systems Support program planning activation and measurement to ensure quality and accuracy to provide industry leading luxury client experiences Ensure that all customer interactions align with the brands image and values This involves upholding a high standard of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail Possess and apply an in depth knowledge of the product or services offered including details about materials craftsmanship and the brands heritage Lead program data gathering analysis and presentationreport creation to support OEM client meetings and reporting needs Participate in weekly client presentations providing detailed appointment recaps for cross functional OEM team Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Bachelors degree preferably in design marketing communications hospitality or luxury retail related field Minimum of 3 three years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry; preferred categories include interior design automotive luxury retail or luxury concierge Experience working within the luxury hospitality andor retail sectors either at an agency venue or brand ex Hotel Airline Travel Real Estate Strong passion appreciation and understanding for design high fashion andor luxury products services and lifestyles Tech savvy with proficiency working with Microsoft Office PowerPoint Excel Claris FileMaker Pro and both Mac and Windows platforms Exceptional organization communication and interpersonal skills Excellent client facing and internal communication skills; ability to relate with people of all levels Ability to work extended or alternative hours on occasion Ability to work from the Plano office; not a remote position Professional appearancemanner Fluent in English language Helpful but not required Passion and knowledge of the Supercar automotive industry Experience with CRM software tools
