Director of Food & Beverage to join our team of professionals in a revenue-driven role with the ability to create and manage special events, entertainment, and food and wine festivals. Reporting to the resort manager, our
Director of Food & Beverage oversees the seamless and profitable operation of all food service facilities and events. This role is vital to the success of the resort as over 70% of our volume includes catering with an emphasis on weddings. A background in luxury F&B management and supervision of catering operations & execution is essential.
Our F&B Director oversees all personnel in the Food and Beverage Department and is responsible for all financial, operational, and development areas. This position is not a stepping-stone but rather a destination for a
5-Star Food & Beverage authority.
