  • McCombs Properties is seeking a proven top producer with a minimum of two years' experience in the real estate industry to join its growing sales team - real estate license is not required but recommended. Theideal individual will have experience in pre-construction, land sales, and spec inventory sales. We currently have positions available at our Palmilla Beach Resort and Golf Community located in beautiful Port Aransas, TX. McCombs has been recognized as one of the best places to work for the past 12 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and support prospects through the buying process for our luxury real estate offerings.
  • Cultivate the prospect database of the community and creating the ultimate customer buying experience.
  • Duties to include but not limited to scheduling appointments via telephone converting outbound and inbound calls and web leads to tour appointments in addition to walk-in traffic with the goal to convert prospects to owners by executing a purchase agreement
  • Sales Executive will be responsible for hitting or surpassing community sales goals monthly, quarterly, yearly
REQUIREMENTSCandidates must display the following qualifications
  • Top producing commission only sales professional with a proven success record in a sales environment
  • Market maker that is proactive and loves the hunt and prides themselves on winning
  • Must live in the Coastal Bend area
  • Ability to source connectors that will become buyers or refer buyers to the community
  • Must have income goal minimum of $250,000 a year
  • Must be a closer
  • Competitive spirit with a must win attitude
  • Relationship builder and able to ask for referrals
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong presentation and telephone skills
  • An enthusiasm to learn and be trained
  • Holds themselves accountable to produce
  • Must work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enjoys working with affluent prospects
  • Good computer skills and ability to input data into CRM
