Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively hunting for leads to expand our client base.
  • Client Engagement: Gathering and managing pertinent information for both buyers and sellers.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Ensuring every lead is nurtured and added to the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Expand Client Base: Identify and seize business opportunities in target regions to grow our clientele.
  • Lead Management: Hunt for, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments, ensuring quick and efficient customer responses.
  • Database Maintenance: Create and maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients, keeping all lead information current.
  • Prospect Follow-Up: Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication methods to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to showcase progress toward company goals.
  • Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license.
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compensation:

    $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
