About Our Client Michael Page has partnered with a well renowned custom homebuilder with projects between $1.5 Million - $5 Million in value throughout the Nashville market. This client is actively looking to fill a role for both a Project Manager and a Project Superintendent to manager over 3-4 high end residential ground up and remodel projects. Job Description
  • Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Hires, directs, and motivates supervisory personnel, subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures
  • Ensure that all plans, specifications, budgets, labor price sheets and material take-offs are correct for the project
  • Manage all project personnel workloads and manage their individual capacities
  • Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable for complete work consistent with company standards prior to authorizing payment
  • have in-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles

  • 3-8 years of high end luxury home building experience throughout the Austin/San Antonio Construction markets.
  • Degree in construction management/land development
  • Project Superintendent experience with custom homes ranging between $2 - $10 Million Dollars in value
  • Familiarity with local vendors and subcontractors as well as architectural design.
