Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to to perform duties associated with the medical care and treatment of students with disabilities at a school district in San Antonio, Texas. Attend meetings with the multidisciplinary teams and the ARDC to discuss such services. Meet regularly with the campus nurse to discuss student medical care and provide daily logs and documentation to the District. Follow District nursing standards for eligible students. Complete documentation of services and submit prior to billing. Provide own transport. Other duties as assigned by the administration.
