Prominent midsized law firm located in midtown Manhattan is seeking a mid-level M&A attorney for their complex transactional practice. The right individual has 3-5+ years of corporate experience, including M&A work with private and large public companies, private equity investors, auction deals and capital investments. The firm will also consider attorneys with related Capital Markets/securities experience.
