Statement of the JobThe Intern is hired to apprentice under an experienced office staff member for Martin & Bayley Inc.2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Assist with email/ticket management
- Answer phone, take messages and route to applicable Associate.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Assist in organization of meetings
- Organize and prioritize information
- Type and design general correspondences
- File Management
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- General cleaning and organization around office.
- Any other opportunities that arise from day to day
3. Education, Experience and Skills
- Education - Must be actively attending High School
- Language Skills -Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and others
- Written Communication Skills - Ability to write business correspondence
- Mathematical Skills - Must have the ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as structural analysis of building systems.
- Reasoning Ability - Must have ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of practical problems
- Physical Demands - While performing duties, must be able to sit, stand, talk, hear, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and or move up to ten pounds. Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license
- Specific visual requirements for this job - close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to focus.
