Insight Global's client is seeking a Mac Technician to join their end-user support team in their NYC location. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, focused on Mac. Candidates must have been a part of a Mac refresh project. It is expected that candidates are able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel to NYC 5x/week.
