Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. Hiring immediately for 12 hour shift Machine Operators (Adjusters) in our Williamsburg, PA manufacturing plant. ** Relocation may be available for this position.Machine Operator (Adjuster) Pay/Schedule:$21.71/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr.2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am7pm / Night shift 7pm7amMandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy seasonMachine Operator (Adjuster) Responsibilities & Daily Duties:Sets up and adjusts converting equipment for safe and efficient operation.Start-up, adjust tolerances, maintenance, and troubleshooting; change window rolls (overhead).Assists in adjuster/operator training; Provides coverage if neededExamines product to ensures quality process is followed; Minimizes waste.Performs preventative maintenance to ensure consistent quality production.Overtime as needed; Compliance with safety rules and regulations.Maintains clean machine and work area (sweeps, removes waste, etc).Other duties and assignments as required.Machine Operator (Adjuster) Requirements/Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.Candidates with direct envelope: 2-4 years experience is preferred.Little/no direct envelope experience: minimum 18-24 months relevant mechanical experience.Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.Flexibility required with machine assignment.Machine Operator Physical Requirements & Work Environment:-Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance.Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.); Must be able to work in hot or cold weather; Mental alertnessMaintain high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.Cenveo is an EEO EmployerMachine Operator (Adjuster) Requirements/Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent.Candidates with direct envelope: 2-4 years experience is preferred.Little/no direct envelope experience: minimum 18-24 months relevant mechanical experience.Advanced mechanical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.Flexibility required with machine assignment.
