Job Title: Machine AssemblerJob DescriptionLocal manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Machine Builder or Assembler to join the team. Employees will be responsible for assembling, testing, and modifying machinery according to specifications and engineering drawings. Each will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Our company has supported the manufacturing industry for over 30 years and is a principal/original manufacturer for turnkey automation and test systems, specifically for automated equipment. We support client installations and services on an international scale.ResponsibilitiesAssemble machinery and equipment from blueprints and technical specifications.Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly tasks.Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety.Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues and equipment malfunctions.Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.Essential SkillsProven experience in machine assembly or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Proficient with hand tools and power tools.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Tool making experience or previous Mill/Lathe operation beneficial but not mandatory.Why Work Here?We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a Health/Medical Plan with Vision rider, HRA Benefits, and a full coverage Dental Plan.
