As a Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer at DAS Labs, you will be at the forefront of shaping the world through augmented reality software.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Computer Vision/Machine Learning Engineer. Your responsibilities will include researching, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms for AR software that will be used in innovative medical technology, AR gaming, and enterprise applications. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement innovative features and solutions in our AR products.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related field required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, and MATLAB
  • Experience with fine-tuning and deploying custom LLM models (Llama 3.1/3.2) on the cloud
  • Experience with hosting and maintaining node based servers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Experience with combining multiple sensor's data for enhancing indoor localization accuracy
  • Experience with spatial math, 3D coordinate systems and translating between them
  • Expertise in Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks, and Object Detection using tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
  • Experience with state-of-the-art 3D computer vision algorithms and techniques for object recognition, 3D reconstruction, and tracking
  • Experience with image processing techniques such as filtering, feature extraction, and segmentation
  • Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics
  • Experience deploying computer vision and machine learning algorithms in real-world applications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technologies is a plus
