DescriptionAs a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in our organization by ensuring the proper functioning, reliability, and longevity of machinery and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in order to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality.Perks & Benefits Paid Training Weekly paychecks Medical / Dental Insurance $30.00 - $40.00/Hour Employment Type & Shifts Temp to Hire Full Time 2nd Shift Job ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelinesReplace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensorsIdentify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machinesCollaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problemsCalibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracyMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usedAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parametersProvide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptionsMinimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years work related experience.Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job dutiesKnowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DCAbility to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPreferred Qualifications:2 years of plumbing and electrical experienceAbility to communicate with project vendors/ suppliersProven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial settingAssociate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
