Job Store Staffing is seeking a Full time Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing client in the Colorado Springs area who is a leader in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay Rate: $20.00 per hourDuties include:Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and execute repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, forklift maintenance, automotive maintenance, hydraulic systems and shop equipment.Provides direction and technical advice to facility employeesPerform Preventive Maintenance activities.Provide maintenance support to our facility with a focus on safetyUtilize excellent electrical skills and knowledge in electrical/electronics and be able to read electrical schematics.Diagnose complex mechanical problems and hydraulic problems.Improve efficiencies and initiate continuous improvement efforts.Complete Work Orders and order parts as needed.Oversee the completion of basic maintenance projects.Follow all safety and GMP requirements and perform repairs as needed for safety issues and concerns.Direct maintenance department employees on day to day required activities.Must have own tools.Requirements:3 years of previous experience or equivalent demonstrated ability to perform all job functionsHigh school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent with demonstrated maintenanceExperience repairing and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery such as CNC Punches, CNC Brake Presses, CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Paint Lines, Fork Lifts and Delivery Trucks.6 years of previous experience or equivalent demonstrated ability to perform all job functionsTraining in machine safety and quality awarenessForklift certification preferredMeet Your RecruiterAmanda JensenRecruiting Manager- Colorado SpringsThis is Amanda, the Recruiting Manager for the Colorado Springs branch.
