Machine Maintenance Operator
This is a Night Shift 5:30p - 4:30am; M-Thursday
Pay Starts in at $24 hr train 4-weeks then increase $27 hr
Good Fit: Mechanically inclined, Good knowledge of hand tools, mechanical aptitude, Auto mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, and Millwrights
Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and repair production machines.
- Work on PLC; machine operated by logic boards
- Make sure machines operate efficiently and meet production and quality goals.
- Collaborate with the production team and maintain a safe work environment.
- Daily inspections and adjust machines for quality control.
- Verify machine functionality and manage product quality, including checking labels.
- Qualifications:
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and productivity.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- PLC Troubleshooting Knowledge Is A Plus.
Physical Demands:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent grasping, walking, standing, and climbing.
- Ability to work at a rapid pace with good visual ability.
