- As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly by diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur
- You will prioritize safety, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency
- Your responsibilities will include performing scheduled maintenance tasks, replacing or repairing defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors, and identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines
- You'll collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical repairs, calibrate and align machinery, and document all maintenance and repairs performed
- You will spend approximately 85% of your time addressing machine calls/breakdowns and 15% performing predictive maintenance
Job RequirementsQualifications
- 3 year experience in machine setup and teardown
- 3 year experience in conducting predictive, preventative, and troubleshooting maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform with little supervision & under pressure
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electricity AC/DC (480V, 220V, 24V, etc)
- Motor controls
- Mechanical Repair
- Welding (Basic)
- Able to read electrical & mechanical drawings
- Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- Basic PLC troubleshooting
- Willing to work different shifts
