Let's chat!Why Apply?Great company cultureVery competitive benefits availableSafe and clean working environmentCompensation for the Machine/Mold Operator$19.25 Per HourGrave Shift: Sunday -- Thursday, 11 pm -- 7:30 amComprehensive benefits available upon hire -- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, 401K, bonuses, and MORE!Responsibilities for the Machine/Mold OperatorMonitor and operate an injection mold machine or CNC machineResponsible for first reading and adhering to very basic product blueprints that outline the specifications for each unit assembled and produced, as well as common flaws which need to be caughtPerform highly repetitive tasks focusing on minimizing wasted motionsInspect, prepare, and package units as they are completed, so attention to detail is a mustComplete tasks per policies and procedures while maintaining tight tolerances, and focusing on safety, cost, and qualityTrack basic measurements (weight, units and time) on a work order form, and then input these into computer at the end of every shiftThis position requires a level of quality control and efficiencyRequirements of the Machine/Mold Operator1+ Years manufacturing experienceExperience with CNC machining is a plus, but not required as client will trainHigh School Diploma or GEDIntermediate reading, writing, math, and computer skills.Good manual dexterity to use hand tools (vices, drills, hammers etc.)Attention to detailReliableAbility to stand for entire shift and lift up to 35lbsSeem like a good fit?
