Our client, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Machine Operator?to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various machining operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Entry Level2nd?- $18.00?- 2PM-10PM with a $1.50 shift differential?3rd?- $2 shift differential 10PM-6AMAdvanced Experience CNC and Manual machines $21-24 hour1st?- 6AM-2PM2nd?2PM-10PM

What's the Job?

• Set-up and operate precision computerized machining centers according to standard work.
• Adjust machine feed/spindle speeds and change tooling and cutters per machining specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure quality production.
• Troubleshoot problems to ensure the form, fit, and function of the product being machined.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement process and safety-related activities.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in machine operation with minimal scrap and rework.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and understanding prints and specifications.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Comprehensive knowledge of machining techniques and manufacturing principles.
