Machine Operator - 1st Shift
: Job Details :

Manually load and unload parts from tubs to a conveyer belt. - Visual and gauge parts to ensure product meets customer specifications - adjusts machines, tooling and to keep parts within allowable tolerances. - Changeover of machinery and check gauges after changeovers to approve product. - Keep work area clean and free of hazards, maintains 5-S housekeeping standards, complete paperwork. - Read process sheets to determine proper dimensions. - Use precision gauging equipment including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. - Follow safety policies and procedures in the performance of listed daily functions.
