Job Description-Perform basic set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area -Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe manner -Fit, align and adjust machines or assemblies to meet tolerances and product operating requirements -Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications -Identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity -Maintain logs and other necessary documents -Work with direct supervisionResponsibilitieso Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices o Ability to operate a variety of machines o Basic understanding of related mechanics, flow control elements and MRP concepts o Visual acuity and manual dexterity o Good verbal and written communication skills o Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsQualifications-1-2+ years manufacturing or related work experience -High School diploma or equivalent
