Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toProduction SupervisorYour role and responsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of molding operations, i.e., work instructions, standard operating procedures, and revision control Ensures quality operation of the process, performs quality checks and controls, including adher-ence to cleaning and maintenance Must maintain pre-determined efficiency, standards, and productivity rates Prepares and maintains accurate production records and follows standard operating proce-dures Communicates respectfully with all team members Ensures shift change is completed, and forms are filled out with accurate and appropriate in-formation Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needsQualifications for the role* High School diploma/GED required* Prior manufacturing experience not required* Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions* Can work overtime to meet Business ObjectivesMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
