What you'll do:- Autonomous Decision-Making
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to make quality-related decisions
- Quality Assurance
- Inspect parts for defects and proactively adjust, maintain high-quality standards for manufactured parts
- Record Keeping and Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
Qualifications:- Demonstrate proficiency in identifying parts by visual inspection, distinguishing between various part numbers (model numbers), and conducting precise inventory counts
- Proficiency in computer skills, including HMI interface and teach pendent operation
- Ability to perform minor machine setups and follow TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
- Forklift experience with completion of Forklift Training before job assignment
- Skill in quality inspection and adjustment of operating parameters to ensure parts meet integrity specifications
Physical Demands:- Regular use of hands for machinery operation
- Standing is required during job duties
- Repetitively lift and/or move up to 25 pounds overhead
- Ability to climb up and down from machinery
- Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
