Machine Operator 2nd shift
: Job Details :

Responsibilities:

• Run and monitor encapsulation machines to ensure quality and meet production goals.
• Keep machines clean, calibrated, and running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow company procedures and instructions.
• Adjust machine settings as needed for production.

Qualifications:

• Technical or manufacturing training preferred.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience (leadership experience is a plus).

Skills:

• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Handle fast-paced, high-pressure work.
• Experience operating and maintaining machinery.
• Basic computer skills (record-keeping, labeling, etc.).
• Soldering skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Stand for long periods.
