What we do:
Haynes Wire specializes in a metalworking process that reduces the cross-section of wire by pulling it through a single, or series of, drawing die(s).
What you will do:
* Reduce the diameter of wire by skillfully adjusting machines to pull the wire through a series of holes (or dies)
* Set up and operate large industrial machines
* Inspect wire
* Operate hoists, pulleys and various other hand tools
* Read and understand production orders
What we expect of Machine Operators:
* At least one-year experience within a manufacturing facility
* Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Attention to detail and ability to check your own work for accuracy
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good work ethic and attendance
Benefits & Pay:
* Starting pay is $21.80-$23.00 hourly. With good performance, additional pay increases occur within 3 months and at 1 year
* College tuition reimbursement is available for employees and scholarship opportunities are available for their children
* Benefits start at 30 days

* In addition to vacation pay, all eligible full-time employees receive 12 paid Holidays, including 5 consecutive days the week of Christmas.
