Top Job Located in Canby, OR Salary: $20.00Battery Manufacturing - Production A client of ours in Canby is looking to add a Machine Operator to their team. This company is one of the leading manufacturers in their industry and provides long-term career opportunities. Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred, but they are willing to train. #1939LIDThis is an evaluation to full-time hire position.What You Will Do:
- Operate automated and semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries.
- Make minor adjustments during troubleshooting, recognize and diagnose machine problems, and participate in operator-preventative maintenance of equipment, such as cleaning, greasing, and replacing small parts.
- Perform visual inspection of machines for quality or productivity problems.
- Perform required quality checks as trained.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production specifications and instructions, written and verbal.
Schedule: Graveyard 11:00 pm - 7:30 am or 11:30 pm - 8:00 am (Startup Sunday night). 12-hour shifts with plenty of Overtime! Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
- HS/GED
- Reliable, flexible, & enjoys repetitive work
- Able to stand and be on feet the entire shift
- Able to lift, push, pull 50lbs
- Comfortable working 12+ hour days
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
Pay: $20/hr with the opportunity to earn an average of $24/hr+ with weekly incentive pay after completing your training.Benefits:
