Shift: 12-hours (rotating swing schedule)

Start: $19.09 + depending on experience

Job Description

Must have some knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed, or new processes launchedFocused on achieving daily and weekly production goals in the most efficient way possibleWill act as the first point of contact when problems arise. Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can't be solvedEnsure Operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPsStresses safety at all timesEnsure work areas are clean and well-organizedTraining of Operators where needed
