Ametek, Inc.Job Description:Department:Fourslide Shift:Second (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)Job SummaryThe Operator performs manual machine operations related to the Auto-Pack Machine.Reporting ToDepartment Team LeadEssential Job FunctionsOperates operation equipment related to Auto-Pack Machine.Visually inspect parts.Report any problems or concerns to team lead.Completion of required daily documentation.Assure good housekeeping and workstation is clean.Maintaining all safety and employee policies and report any concerns to management.Skills and AbilitiesAble to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demandAbility to work under minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.Experience using measuring inspection equipment.Physical RequirementsParagon Medical is a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position, including sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. The employee is expected to perform repetitive actions that include bending, kneeling, or crouching, reach, push, and/or pull objects. The ability to lift up to to 40 lbs with support.
