What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year(s) of machine operator or machine set-up preferred
- Knowledge of how to read micrometers and calipers preferred
- Willing and available to work a 12-hour rotating swing shift on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
What You'll Do as a Machine Operator
- Read and understand set-up sheet
- Complete set-up of strander
- Strand steel and alloy wires
- Change out bobbins
- Complete level lay of finished cable
- Inspect and document quality results
- Complete oracle computer transactions
- Perform other tasks as assigned
