Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! $21.00/Hour Shift Details: 6:30AM-3:00PM DESCRIPTION:As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customersStrong manual dexterity and good eye hand coordination requiredMust be able to perform well defined visual procedures and processes often following written documentation or visual aidsAbility to use, after training, various injection, and compression machinesHand trim parts and at times, measurement gages to verify or discern the quality of product being produced on automatic/manual equipmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of timeAdditionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.KEY RESPONSIBILITES:Monitor machine to perform a variety of Machine Injection and Compression Press processes which will result in electrical safety products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements.Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.U.SPERSON REQUIREMENTS:Due to compliance with U.Sexport control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.SPerson, which is defined as, a U.Scitizen, a U.Spermanent resident, or have protected status in the U.Sunder asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE:High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.This can be an entry level positionPrior experience as a machine operator is desired.Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.WE VALUE:Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail.Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.Ability to collaborate with others while also being self-motivated and independent.Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.Troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise.Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements.Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
