What You'll Do:
- Operate and maintain machines to support production
- Detect and report any defects or issues to the team lead
- Keep your work area clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines
- Perform preventative maintenance as outlined
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure machine setups run smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- A mechanically inclined individual with a keen eye for detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of machine operator experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, follow routers, and perform basic math
- Familiarity with basic hand-held measuring tools
