Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for our valued client in Newton Falls, OH!
Shift: 1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 BOE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily operator maintenance on machines assigned to operate
- Follow operational procedures and ensuring safety is always followed
- Conduct inspections of the forklifts before and during operations
- Conduct inspections of the equipment to identify issues
- Take part in repair and installation activities
- Notify manager of all issues when noticed
- Manage relationships with fellow employees
- Keep operations logs and metric boards and reports up to date on hourly activities
- Take part in coverage of employees during times of vacation and other company obligations
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5-years experience operating equipment
- Experience in conducting preventative maintenance
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attendance on scheduled days and shifts
