Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Record and log equipment readings and procedures
- Load and unload machinery and materials
- Propose solutions to improve plant efficiency
- Assemble and install tooling/mold components for various machines
- Collaborate with team members and interact with customers to ensure quality outcomes
- Configure and optimize processes based on work instructions
- Communicate effectively to enhance production processes
Qualifications:
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with plant tools and machinery
- Experience in plant operations, injection molding, or reheat stretch blow molding REQUIRED
- Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
