Job detailsKelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a Batcher for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Statesville, NCShift:7:00 am - 3:30 pm must be flexible with time Sunday - ThursdayPayrate:$16-$18Weekly Pay (Every Friday)Duties• Leading the shift requirements while promoting a safe work environment.• Operating and maintaining equipment for the pasteurization process.• Directing and motivating teammates effectively.• Following regulatory guidelines for sanitation and safety.• Working on special projects as assigned.• Working multiple shifts with variable hours.Requirements• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.• Have 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role.• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Can lead others and operate machinery effectively.• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and follow sanitation process procedures and guidelines.• Have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.• Are trained in the HTST training course provided by the company.• Can pass the annual food safety training provided by the company.#GRACE9604356
